As I'm running on Open Rails, Where would I put it, if I get it from the MSTS install disk (which I don't know how to do as all that's visible is the install file.

Hi,
If you don't have, or can't access, the MSTS Utils folder, please try my replacement FFEDIT_Sub, available from the Computer Utilities section of the library or trainsim.com, file ID 87969.
The instructions include how to use it in Shape File Manager. It is slower than the original but I've tried to make it work in a similar manner.
