I set this shot up yesterday, it has become the "load" shot for the 1956 version of the Dominion Atlantic route. A while later I was looking to kill some time and started running the train but when it reached the first switch at the south end of the yard everything started bunching up. I thought it was a problem with the powered RDC, so I converted a copy to a coach. Still had the same problem so after some investigation it turned out to be a track problem and not the RDC!

I'm working on the Truro Sub now, Windsor to Truro, about 54 miles. Truro was the connection with the Canadian National, west to Moncton and the mainline to Montreal, and north to Sydney and beyond to Newfoundland via a car ferry. I'm just coming up to MP 25, Kennetcook. Truro is big, it's probably going to take four months alone!

Well Paul, I hope that all goes well. I have been following the DAR since you first started it and have also downloaded quite a bit of information on it. It even got me to take a trip from Florida to NS several years ago to get more of a feel for the land and such.

Lived in the Annapolis Valley for seven years back in the 1970s. Been to a lot of the places I modeled for the sim but now I'm working in an area that I've never been too.. learning a lot!
