When I click on a coupler in the Train Operations Window I get a crash, see attached log.

Probably my fault, the guilty line of code is related to DP brake synchronization. I'm guessing there's a split second when uncoupling that the lead locomotive hasn't been decided yet and that line of code really wants there to be a lead locomotive.

Yes, the small analysis I just did is that this seems to occur in a train with DPU units, when you cut the train so that the DPU units are no more part of the train. The variable "lead" evaluates to null, generating the crash.

Reproduced and committed a fix. Won't assume that a lead locomotive has been set this time.
