Is anyone having problems running Open Rails on Windows Venison 11?

Working for me. I installed it when I had Windows 10 and when they stuck me with what they claimed was a monthly update that turned out to be a seven hour download of Windows 11, it still worked.

I think a lot of people's problems are they are not putting the right file structures in the right places.
