Hello.
It can be slight offtop, so pardon.
In options window of the Main menu, the pop-up with telemetry settings appear, once we press a button.
It contains 3 paragraphs of text, explaining: what is ORTS telemetry, why it's needed to ORMT and what kind of data is being collected.
Titles of them (in form of questions "Why...?" and "How...?") is translatable now (treated by GetText), while text itself - no.

It would certainly be interesting to be able to translate those explanatory texts.
