I remember the other thread here, with the same subject and different replies, but the answers tell also: it's not possible, but not needed.
The idea itself of train sims is being open source and extendable by users. What about reverse engineering, having such aim, it's possible to break everything, but is there any sense to lock everything, You make? Look for "выкрутасы" cartoon on YT to see likely result.

Thinking about Your motives today... It depends.
Would You advance common hobby, by extending models fleet, sharing Your talents and soul investment as a contribution, or
Would You superpose (is it right word?) yourself by exhibiting "things, that no one yet have done and no one could repeat", or by trying to trade them...
Please, don't take that as blame or offend attempt: I think, that strategy have its right to exist as well - the community of hobbyists will judge, what is acceptable better, and what is not welcome (note, I refrain terms "right"&"wrong" intentionally here).
