Kindly explain why I don't have permission to:
1. Download the file.
2. PM the owner for the file.

ElvasTower is one of the most annoying websites ever, I swear.
Previously, I was even unable to download the Blender to MSTS exporter 2.8 by Wayne Campbell. Thankfully, I was somehow able to contact the owner.

I asked for the file by PM on trainsim.com, and beautifully received a warning for asking for foreign files, so I'm even afraid to ask for the file itself here.

Why the heck are these restrictions? I JUST WANT TO DOWNLOAD A GODDAMN PNG.

I really appreciate you being this considerate. But, I don't think I have the time to keep posting at the forums every day until after maybe a couple of days, I can download a simple .png file.
I'd rather make one of my own. However, I guess ET is a great place for MSTS-OR guidance, so I'll come back here occasionally.

I see, You're about half-way to understanding this community's "philosophy".
As Eastern gurus say: I only show You the possible way - You'll go.
You'll learn the rest by Yourself one day.
Two days will not change more for access rights, though, I guess. Two month likely won't be enough too.
For just getting file, there are other ways. Maybe - contact with author directly - as long as local ET restrictions are intended for protection of all-at-once authors comfort. Maybe author will give You newer and better version?

Trying to abbreviate Your knowledge way: let's try and think, what "two parts of forums" for, and what "first class member" means...
What the time to think gives to us? What use for us from downloading assets? What use for site from pleasing us? Which guarantees, we won't harm?
