I've been noticing an odd bug for over two years that hasn't been solved yet. When running a steam engine, I noticed that the cab view control sounds (discrete triggers 15-18 and 32-37) appear to sound either "sped up" or unnaturally high pitched when you switch from external view to cab view while the train is in motion.
Is anyone else experiencing this with their steam engines?

Hello.
Same things occur with wheels rolling sounds in external views; with diesel-generator sounds, while returning to cabview from external - in some cases.
I tend to tie that with different sampling rates and mono-stereo parameters, which are ignored by ORTS.
There were some workarounds, such adding "flat" frequency curve, ordering to keep needed pitch.
I hope, our sound-masters would clarify this question better for us.
