I'd like to build a departure signal as an optical equivalent to the acoustic "Ok to proceed" or the departure whistle. One part of the IF clause in the sigscr is a no-brainer it has to repeat the state of the station signal. But what is the condition that tells the signal that passenger loading has finished and the time for departure has come in conformity with the timetable?

I asked the same question in a German OR forum, and my suspicion that this kind of signal would not be possible in OR was confirmed.
