After starting to edit the Route, press Ctrl + Q to select the option - switch to manually adding the track to the TDB by adding it using the z key -
as described in the TSRE5 manual: Toggle the "manual/auto" add track to TDB option (use Z key for manual)

4 - similarly, we create the Dynamic Track on the curve between the other tracks - as you can see, the default Dynamic Track Piece track is 10m long, but you can experiment with its initial lengthening or shortening. It will be easier for single-track railway lines.

Thanks for hint, M61!
Do I understand it right, that we can just drag(point) with mouse, where dynamic track's end should be (and it even can stick to existent track piece there), instead of tedious manual tuning of curved and straight part's parameters?
If so, we are free now to construct tracks in many places simultaneously, because of their easier connection with time, instead of being constrained with necessary to build tracks from one end of line towards the other incrementally.

Does it work well on inclines too?

I tested before midnight on an ad hoc, flat fragment of the route in TSRE5_v0.7.012 from a year ago http://koniec.org/ts...E5_v0.7.012.exe . During the first - unsuccessful - attempts, an additional window with (blue/purple) track lines appeared, only after connecting to the track on the other side of the curve, the dynamic track was generated and connected the straight sections. I can't (yet 🙂) lay tracks, turnouts, sidings - especially on undulating terrain, but I managed to do something like that 😉 . Unfortunately, Piotr Gadecki has not been working as an editor for a year, but he is active on the Polish Skyscrapers Forum. https://www.skyscrap...Cowc%C3%B3w.45/

That's good, he's still active.
That additional window always puzzled me. What it for?

There has never been a constraint to lay track from one end to the other. I have always laid track asynchronously, starting at the end and midway points and laying the known straight sections first, and then coming back and placing the curves.

I've been many times seduced to lay pilot track through all my future line's length, but every time was afraid, how i will insert stations into it then...

Hello.
To flatten it again, You mean, or else?
I'm afraid, this is not a proper topic to talk about terrain, though.
