A few years ago, before Windows 11 was released, a hack edit of the OpenRails section of the registry was posted that would change the location of where the ORlog.txt file was saved from the Desktop to a specified folder and it would add the date & time to the filename thus creating a unique name and not overwriting the previous save.
I have recently purchased a new PC with Win 11 OS and tried to apply the edits to the registry, but the OR log file is still being saved to the desktop. Is anyone using ttWin 11 that has successfully added the edits to their registry? If so, what are the edits that work? And where exactly in the registry?

Hi Charles,
I have just scanned the registry on my w10 machine and the log file is not mentioned?
It must be buried in the code.
