I'm using the John Peterson U23B Monon repaints for the Monon route, and find them too shiny. Is there a way to change that to a flat finish without getting into 3D software?

Shape File Manager 25.
SFM25 will uncompress the .s file and let you change texture modes.

Once uncompressed you can pull the .s file into an ordinary editor and change the name of any .ace file.
