The Pennsylvania railroad had a small fleet of Winans camel types. One of them, Seneca was rebuilt by the Pennsylvania into a 2-6-0 around 1863. Shae was given a newly designed firebox, fancy work and Stephenson vale gear. Nor sure of the paint scheme, just used something "Pennsyesque"
