I don't completely understand the question but if you are in a 3D cabview, you can use ALT+< and ALT+> to move the camera view left and right to outside of cab.

In ORNYMG 126 you can use CTRL+SHIFT+1 to select multiple points in 3D cabview if you add 'ORTSAlternate3DCabViewPoints' section to .ENG file. You create headout camera view point to suit your 3D cabview.
