Compared to 1953, they added Approach Limited, the flashing yellow for Approach Medium, the flashing red for Restricting, and the Grade signal.

They also had two signal systems in the '53 rules, this one being most similar to System 2 (System 1 was (I think) used for their ABS semaphores). By 1966 they had consolidated the two
