In China, several 3rd versions of ORTS (such as ORDP, ORMP) Integrated LKJ (a chinese locomotive's ETCS), enhanced Dispatcher(now it's named as DebugViewerForm.cs in ORTS source code).
I have an idea, which separate these 3rd mods and addons into one API. If so, 3rd mods and addons can easier update their work, and it make easier to develop mods to OR.

Could OR has a addons API

If you have a proposal which improves the Open Rails code, then feel free to discuss it here.
Once the idea has become settled, then you should write it up as a Blueprint on Launchpad.net/or so that it can be approved and implemented by yourself or another volunteer.
When coding, please follow the guidelines at https://github.com/o...Contributing.md

It's fairly easy to get information out of Open Rails using the existing Web Server APIs or adding new ones.
Much more interesting is telling Open Rails what to do as a driver or a dispatcher. We don't yet have an API which supports that.
Do you want to be able to replace the DebugViewerForm with your own code that lets you change signals and set switches?
