Has anyone else had problems with the track viewer not loading in the last two revisions of MG? I looked at the log file but it was blank.
Thank you,
Mark

I updated to 75.1 still no luck. All other tools load it`s just track viewer that I seem to be having an issue with. I shut off my virus scanner thinking maybe it didn`t like the Track Viewer exe but that didn`t seem to matter. I also have the MG folder in my exclusions list. Track viewer works on the non MG version so I can still make path changes.

Did you unzip by 7Zip ? As Carlo recommend it.

Still no luck. I`ve not done anything different when I install. Download, unzip (I had been using the Windows unzip function, will use 7Zip now), I open the Open Rails MG folder (in C drive not in any programs folders). I delete the old version and drag and drop the new version, I shut off my virus scan before doing so as I have had problems with it wanting to scan each and every file that I am moving. Lastly I have a folder with environment and skies I copy and paste to contents overwriting the default skies. Only thing different was my Windows did an update early last week.

Have you tried executing TrackViewer directly from the .EXE? It's a longshot but who knows. Might also try creating a desktop shortcut to it and apply 'run as administrator.
Go to the add/remove programs (whatever the current name is) and look for any changes that Microsoft might have snuck in. What changes have you made?

There were two updates on the 10th, a security update and a windows update and that is about the time this problem started. I have made no changes myself. I can uninstall them can`t I?

Yes, the updates can be uninstalled. Make a note of the numbers. If you do find that one of the updates is the cause, the next time it is re-installed, you will know what to remove again. Remove them one at a time and test. Since only TrackViewer is effected, it's unlikely that the updates caused your issue, but since it was a contributed application, one never knows.
Another experiment...do a minimal boot..safe mode...see if TrackViewer runs. If so it likely is a driver issue.
By the way, does the TrackViewer doumentation list and supporting software requirements...see if you do have them.
