In timetable mode it seems that the $hold command is not effective if the relevant train is on a passing path during its station stop.
In such situation the exit signal of the platform is not held. If the train is on a passing path and has a scheduled stop of several minutes in that station, the further path is already reserved since its arrival time so that other trains are prevented from leaving or arriving at the station.
I made this observation on Open Rails 1.3.1 and X1.3.1-152-gc6043616 (not sure if this situation occured in previous versions).
Is it a bug or is it intended that $hold is not valid on passing paths?
