Open.Rails.U2026.01.14-0052 => There is problem too.

I write there about animation, but also about Total(Braking)Force cabcontrols too.
Otherwise i try to make a movie on last good rev. and on .rev170 NoWD. That can be give better view about the problem.
In case blending, on some trains i get more than 1kN dynamic brake force, but there is no bailoff.

I tried with the default Acela trainset. I see the same behaviour in ORNYMG 169.3 and in ORNYMG 170, that is there is a significant negative motive force when braking in the Force HUD. Maybe I'm missing something?

Yes, negative value on HUD window is there, but "bailoff" of brakecylinderpressure is the problem.
Normal you can see on the testmovies the blending problem too on rev163. there is perfect bailoff, on rev170 brakecylinders stay give pneumatic braking.
It is same locomotive, and use this Dynmacbrake config:

On 26/12 the code is changed with UIC brake changes i see, can this maybe the problem.
In this days there was different merges also.

I'm not able to reproduce here the train brake bailoff problem here.
I attach here three alternative possible patches for ORNYMG 170. You can check if some of them solves the problem for you.

I have test all 3, but there is no bailoff on it :-(
Also i have test with Acela, with blended and bailoff line on the .eng file.
Train brakes pneumatic & there is a small negative force of dynmicbrake.

To avoid diesel engines unnecessarily increasing their RPMs, in Automatic mode the ETS is only connected if there is a wagon fitted with a power supply
