This is a proposal for recode of an already available function.

As of now OR uses the Traveller to check arrival at station stop within Activities.cs. This is incoherent with the rest of the software, which is based on Track Circuit data, is slower and may lead to wrong results in case of loops. It is proposed to modify the code so as to avoid the use of the Traveller and to use Track Circuit data.

I attach here the replacement .dll for x.4151 and also the source patch file, as it solves also some other problem with station stops in auto node mode.
