The ripples added to the texture don't show up very well in stills, but it's getting fine tuned. In motion, it is now pretty convincing!

My test route for this dates back about 15 or 20 years, so I need to import better trees and foliage from a later route!

In making the 8bit transparent water, I had to try static water (pond, lake, etc.) This is on the City Point Military line that we've been working on. The water lilies are on the surface, part of the pond surface.

So far, slow moving, lazy streams/rivers seem to look the best. It helps if the route of the path is level, otherwise going around curves gets a little strange. This one is flowing at 4mph and I wish I lived here!

I have been adding moving rivers to my Chiltern route. I find that every time I fire up TSRE the animated water carspawner shows up as the default carspawner and, in order to see the animated water in TSRE, I have to manually select my animated water carspawner each time I start TSRE. Is this other people's experience?
