If you isolate the car and bleed the air, and then reopen the valve to re-enable the car;s brakes, it will trigger an emergency application as the rest of the train's triple valves detect sudden drop in pressure in the trainline.

I see this trigger-effect also, if I close the Bleed Valve, brakes released and a Train with 10 cars with MaxAuxilaryChargingRate( 35 ). I consider this as correct, because of this high chargingRate. The quick charging of the empty Brake-System is reducing the pressure in the brakepipe and this will trigger the triple-valve of the other cars.

In Eng_and_wag_file_reference_guide.doc is written for:
MaxAuxilaryChargingRate( ) Default = 10, typical 5plus.
With MaxAuxilaryChargingRate( 10 ) I can't see a reaction of the other cars
