I haven't run the 700 in a ba'jillion years. Whats she got tied on, some varnish? Or a time freight?

Paul Charland's Canadian National vintage Westinghouse diesel #77 provides a neat transitional engine for the local logging railroad, Willamette Lumber Co. I like this thing a lot.

Then the "helper set" bringing up the rear:

Final push through the tunnel to the summit up above:

At the top of the pass they let go of their charge and reverse on the Blossburg Wye:

Then back it on down to Elliston to help the next train to the top of the pass:

Excellent pictures in this thread!

batt:

Your route just keeps looking better and better. Love the "wye" scenes! FWIW: I have the basic track in place on my "pointy trees and lofty mountains" route (Stampede Pass), but am currently involved with "distractions" that have taken precedence over investing time into it. I shall return to it one of these days, though.

Good work indeed!

As a content maker, I love seeing some of my work show up in screen shots!

Aye! Me too! Love the helper set!

Andre: I hope your distractions get less distracting soon.

Tim:

Not to worry. The distractions are certainly not "biggies" (i.e. mine or my family's health, etc), but instead it's "other interests" distractions. Mainly music (I play the bass guitar for a couple of different groups) and my MSTS New England fetish.
