The original set is the D&RGW Derrick OP and is in the MSTS NG flatcars section.

Have them it is the NGFLATUINTAH#141NT_IDLER.wag that we need.

For everyone's information:
We have obtained WAGON files that have a ORTSFreightAnims section in the WAG file. We tested it using current version of ConBuilder CB6.0.5 and did NOT get the false errors on the lines (ORTSFreightAnims, MSTSFreightAnimEnabled, FreightAnimStatic, or FreightAnimContinuous) as reported by the OP.
