ORTS already has it. See under developing features the post about loading coal.

Transfertable committed in x.3768. When I have time I'll update the manual.

Manual updated in x.3769.

An updated demo route can be downloaded from here here .
It uses the L36_TransTable9Tr30m.s transfertable basin by James Hinman, downloadable in trainsim within file l36xftbl.zip . In such .zip also useful hints to perfectly align the basin (which is a static object) to the tracks are given, in case someone wants to use it within another route.
It does not use the related transfertable bridge, because OR cannot animate it. So a demo transfertable bridge has been arranged.

Delighted to see this feature - and thanks also for updating the manual to match.

I've already started to build a list of new features to announce for v1.3 !

Csantucci, What is the issue with the stock transfer table in the set? I would like to know more if possible?

Thanks, Chris.

Robert: if I understood well your question, the problem is that the transfer bridge by James Hinman is a 1-level hierarchy shape, that is it is the root matrix that should be animated and moved. Unfortunately as of now OR does not allow animations for the root matrix.

So the transfer table would have to be built as one piece like the default turntable?

You can also have two separate shapes, however the shape of the transfer bridge must anyhow have a small static root part, that could be invisible as in my demo route. But having only one shape, with the basin as root part and the transfer bridge as the moving part is the simplest and easiest to place solution.

Hello:
In addition to the turntables, there are too other gadgets mobiles at the depots and workshops. Would be it possible that these machynaries were operative?
Best regards,
Estanislao.

Also, there are other machines to move wagons and machines in the workshops and should be implemented in OR, too.
