Hi,
I am posting this for another member of the Community.
I'm sure I've seen this reported before, together with its possible cause/s, but forget where!!

The logfile is attached - many thanks, in advance, for your help :)

Cheers,
Ged

Download handle from Sysinternals:

https://technet.micr...als/handle.aspx

Extract and save handle.exe to your desktop.

Open a command prompt and type:

C:\Users\Mark\Desktop\Handle C:\Users\Mark\Desktop\OpenRailsLog.txt

This will display the name and/or the process ID of the process that has that file open.

You can then open Task Manager (right click taskbar and select Start Task Manager) and find the process name/id number indicated by handle. If you cant see the PID (Process ID) in Task Manager, then go to the View>Select Columns and tick the PID check box.

When you know what that process is, you know the source of your problem.

Hope this helps,

Cheers,

Marek.
