Missouri-Illinois ALCO RS-3 #74. Repaint by Tim "buzzsaw" Jones.
Based on original model by richard Cowen. Cab aliased to original MSTS GP38. Prototype Alco 251 sounds by Ron Furto. Self-installer and consist file included.
