4.0 Updated with extended dump end, and additional track to connect to the main complex

ELKTONTRAMWAY4

this was the main tramway for mine cars from the Elkton Mine to carry tailings to the tailings piles from the mill and mine.

this tramway is just the trestle and track. Seperate files are availble to create the piles of spoil.

Night textures and snow textures are included.

I had to remove the 3d Track as it made the model impossible to open in MSTS i will try to improve on the track feature but wanted to share this as it is.
