Nothing I can see in your log that would affect braking. An observation though, Somewhere in Options is a tick box that turns off all of those shape file warnings, Might be on the Experimental page. Turn it off and the log becomes much smaller and also easier to read.

Far as the LP&S stock is concerned, I have not made any changes to the files.
