Using the version of TracKViewer that ships with ORTS X 2903 I´m trying to edit a path that has been known for half a year to crash the sim. Back then it was thought that adding double reverse point between the two loops in the path might help. I´m trying to achieve this now, using TrackViewer - but can´t seem to find the "Add Reversal Point" button in the right-click dropdown menu. I think I must be blind, or is there some info IDK about WRT why this button is missing (to my eyes, at least)?
Cheers, Markus

Markus,
Obviously I do not know exactly why it is not there. But apparently TrackViewer does not allow you to add a reversal point. The most likely reason might be that you have a defined end-point. Adding a reversal is not possible while keeping the end-point. You can try removing the end-point or removing the rest of the path alltogether.
Succes. Jeroen.

That´s the missing bit of info in my puzzle. I have a defined end point in that path - so, back to the drawing board ;)
:) for the quick reply. Hoping it works :)

PS: Sorry I messed up the title of this thread. Will be corrected. :rotfl:

Works now. :)
BTW, I saw no mention of this in the manula (searching the PDF for "Trackviewer" just brought up a quick reference to trackviewer, but no specifics. Just on a sidenote ;)

Markus,
The trackviewer manual is a separate pdf available from openrails.org/learn/manual-and-tutorials/. But this particular issue might not be explicitely mentioned :clapping:
