All those route errors, wow!!
Maybe a better approach would be to fix the route first? Use Route_Riter [CHECK ROUTE] first and correct any errors it finds.
Then in Route_Riter on the TSUtils Tab, run the [ICHK] test and at least make an attempt to repair all those database errors.
It seems kind of silly to me that you are testing a new simulator program (Open Rails) and new activities (Yours) on a route that has so many errors.
To me, that's an exercise in futility. (sometime known as banging your head into a brick wall) Painful and not much help!

In fact the crash has nothing to do with my bug fix. Among some other things, you are missing all car shapes, that maybe you use in the car spawner.

You have a serious problem if you have updated ( changed or modified ) a routes track and/or roads and the route has interactive objects installed.
Interactive Objects are Signals, Car Spawners, Level Crossings, Platform Markers, Siding Markers, Speed Posts & Hazard Markers.
Changing track and or roads on a route with interactives will destroy the routes database files.
