I just downloaded last FRI´s supporter´s donwload, but can´t seem to open the ZIP. Windows built-in unzipping tool says, I´ll first have to copy files into the ZIP before I can unzip it. Win-RAR also chocked on it. On-Disk file size is 32.0 MB (33,570,816 Bytes).

Worked OK for me, unzipped with standard (I think) windowsXP tools.

Looks like you've got an incomplete download; the file that was uploaded is 38,834,001 bytes (37.0 MB) and I've checked the server and it has the same size file. If the file size is worrying you, it should shrink to around 14.7 MB next week (due to the Manual.doc file being moved whilst leaving the Manual.pdf).
