Dave, you seem to have almost as many routes on the stove as Andre. Or is that pronounced aehmost? Your attention to detail of the surroundings around the track always astounds the 'ell out of me. Do you ever sleep? ;)

I love your staged shots with the Black Widows. Brings back childhood memories... :thumbup3:

Credit for the work belongs to Craig, not me. He always puts in more detail than I do!

If it wasn't for Dave's textures, the model would be pretty bland. Credit where it's due.

Whoever did what, it seems to be working. I can't help but admire the work going into the route so far...this one'll be good

Newer textures

Craig made a nice model of a bale "elevator" so I moved it over to the storage shed, added a ladder or two and some loose bales and tried to make the pile look like it was being assembled.

Finally got the rust texture presentable.

Product at the shipping dock, ready to go. Bulk shipment by covered hopper didn't arrive for, oh, maybe in a decade or so and so absent fork lifts these 50 pound bags are loaded individual by hand (unless management was feeling generous and provide a hand cart or two).

That's the objective.

IIRC this shot is using a DM view distance of 30km. That's, oh, 5x further away than what most routes show and what you see here is 20-30km away. I've put 100km of DM into the route and there are numerous locations where it pays off. If OR could instance terrain draw calls by texture the cost of such views will be rather low because most DM patches use the same texture. Someday maybe!
