Hi All,
Also noticed this morning that there is a gap between the last two pieces of track on my mainline. I also saw this across the river at the end of the CV mainline. I'll have a look and see if this is true with shorter siding as well.

OK, checked several sidings in the Bellows Falls yard and they are fine, looks like a problem with longer tracks... as in a mile or two long.

Paul : Welcome to the wonderful world of MSTS "rounding errors" . The addition of those "zero degree switch" track nodes, do help to get the SIM to "reset" itself, and would likely help to avoid such scenarios . Since you have trains showing on your screenshots, I would assume you do not have Activity Editor-based "path breaks", but , without the "precautionary" zero degree track switch nodes, you would leave the door open for such to develop.
On an uninterrupted stretch of track, I never use less than one ( such "track nodes" ) per 2 Tiles-in-a-row . The comments, here, strictly from a Route Builder's perspective .

Hi Jean,
Well I turned the super elevation off and the problems went away, not sure why OR would replace one type of track with another though. What we need is an OR Route Editor!
