I've noticed this on and off for a while, but it came up again in 2523 for me.

My laptop widescreen monitor is set at 1280x768 (It supports 1600x800 and 1920x1080, but I prefer being able to read my text...).


At 1360x768, my mouse coordinates don't seem to line up with the clickable areas in popups.

By trial and error, I found that in the F1 menu, by clicking about 20-30px to the right, it works.

Same issue in the F9 popup for decoupling cars in switching. If I click about 20-30px to the right of a knuckle, success. Clicking that distance away on the horizontal scrollbar, it moves.

Trying a few other resolutions, the accuracy or inaccuracy of the mouse clicks appears to be directly related to the screen resolution setting.

In 1280x768, 1024x768m, and 1280x720, all seems well.

In 1280x800, similar, but not quite. My left-right coordinates line up, but I have to click 5-10px below a given target.

In 1280x960, it's worse -- I have to go 30-40px below a target.
