I have been using V2493 as my primary version and I noticed at one point after this version, the screen or some background process is no longer smooth. It shows in the screen as a stutter that is happening quite frequently.

I don't understand what you're saying here, but please at least provide a screenshot of the DEBUG HUD from the same place before and after. It would also be very useful to have a log (to see what you're settings are) and if you can narrow the version range down from "X2493 to ???" that would help.
