Something wrong with the animation of semaphore-signals. The semaphores move abruptly (frame 0 to 1).
Seen in route "ProTrain 28" at station "Lübbenau".
Last time I have seen the correct working of semaphores in July 2014 (don't know the OR version number of that period of time).

Hi everyone,

I just found out the release version which causes the missing animation.
The semaphore animation was missing after the following release:

2380 Bug 1348980 - Semaphore signal change time was being ignored.

Is it possible to have another look into this matter ?

All the Best
Boris

You're going to need to find out what the SemaphoreInfo() value is for that signal and explain what happens in MSTS. According to the bug report that was fixed, 0 means instant changes (and was already working) and any other value is the time to run the animation (which is what got fixed).

Hi James,

I checked the sigcfg.dat of my route and none of the signals has the SemaphoreInfo() value in their configuration.
But it worked perfect in OR up to build 2379...I checked.
Maybe the change in 2380 altered the default-behaviour when this tag is generally missing ?

Yes, I think so. Should be fixed in X2504 with a default 1s animation (same as we always used before and confirmed in MSTS as the default).
