On the 'Just Trains' MSTS West Somerset Railway route, a model of the Manor class steam loco is used whereby the small ejector is switched on or off using the 'J' key. When this key is depressed in MSTS it toggles a momentary message which says 'small ejector on' or 'small ejector off'. When the ejector is on it uses steam. When it is off it is not possible to release the vacuum brakes.
On trying this route for the first time in OR, the message does not appear and toggling the 'J' key makes no difference to brake behaviour. However the righthand needle on the brake gauge seems to be permanently at '6' (in real life it would be around '24') and the lefthand needle takes an eternity to climb from '0' to '24' when the brakes are blown off.
