While running tests with articulated cars, I noticed that there are issues with them. The first is that the bogies do not rotate with the curves. The second is I ran across at least one set up where one car is missing its bogie. I am not sure if the first issue is model related, but the second issue could very well be related to certain models. With the exception of the known single bogie, less than 2 axle issue, it seems that most of the cars are operating properly under OR.

Edit: This will get posted under bug tracker.

It´s entirely possible that ina set of articulated cars, one or more models are lacking their wheels completely. I just yesterday happened to install the atwoceasets (or similar) by Andrey Tucker-Wells, available on TS.com, yesterday, and many of the 5-packers are set up like that:

Complete car arrangement is in sequence A-E-D-C-B. Of these units, A, D and B have two trucks with two axles each, but every of these units shares at least one truck with units E or / and C, which therefor have no trucks at all.

I have not tested the set yet, but technically speaking, yeah, it is possible there are cars without axles at all. And keep in mind that Andrey says in the readme he modelled them especially for ORTS, so I´d assume this has worked already...

Cheers, Markus

Here is what I found out so far. If you have most of SLI's routes, then you would have these items. First, the model "BNSF_MAXI1_237385" which is found under "SLI_BNSF_Ocean_Intermodal" works as it should. You then check out "DTTX_MAXI4_732170A" which is under "SLI_BNSF_Domestic_Intermodal" and you find that the bogies do not track at all??? Both of course work under MSTS without issues so something is different between the 2. I am unable to notice what the difference is, but I am hoping somebody here can point out the difference. It may be possible for a fix to correct the difference.

I believe I found the problem and it is code related.
