Don't know if this has come up before but...

I started an activity, stopped along the route to pick up a car out of a siding, went into manual, when I hit F9 the window was in the way so I dragged it to the bottom of the screen, lifted the car, and started to proceed, hit F2 to save and went and had breakfast.

Resumed the activity went to the next destination and when I hit F9 to make the first cut, the window frame was back in the center/middle of the screen but the text was at the bottom where I had dragged it before the save and close.

Been a while since I saw that, but if memory serves right, clicking on the window should bring the text back. The cause I think is dragging the window a touch too far so it very slightly goes out of frame. It will remain in place until a restart takes place but leaves the text behind when it moves. If you drag it up a bit before saving the situation does not happen.

I thought this was fixed quite recently... how old is the version of OR you are using? If it's more than a couple of weeks old, please try a new experimental build.

This should have been solved in release X.2236. Pls. check with an updated OR release.

X2194 is two months old today. :shock6: This bug was fixed in X2236 from just over 5 weeks ago, so I suggest you grab a new experimental build (http://openrails.org/experimental.html) and it'll be gone.
