Enable trigger and disable trigger don't have an own number. They are used to enable or disable any other trigger, which is referenced by a number identifying its position within the stream (first trigger identified by 1). Exactly as msts behaves.

The 5 refers to the random trigger, and the 6 to the discrete trigger, that are the fifth and the sixth trigger within the stream, as i have tried to explain in my previous post.
