I read an older post that said taking on water was not available yet. I tried to run an activity in Donner pass which requires me to fill the tender with water but I can't find the proper key to use. Is this feature in use yet? Thanks.

Just install the latest available version. It will include all changes made up to that point, X2133 is what I have right now.
