You need to edit the S file to remove uv_op_reflectmap. Before the edit it looks like 

light_model_cfg ( 00000000
			uv_ops ( 2
				uv_op_copy ( 1 0 )
				uv_op_reflectmap ( 1 )


After the edit it looks like

light_model_cfg ( 00000000
			uv_ops ( 1
				uv_op_copy ( 1 0 )


Still unable to compress although they will now show in OR.
