Shortly after starting the scenario you get a warning about a speed restriction and then you encounter the restriction.

In OR the warning message doesn't appear and the speed restriction doesn't show in the Track Monitor, which makes it a bit of a surprise when your speeding train is switched to the other track and back again.

This is a subject that has been discussed in other threads. Search Elvas for the term "restricted speed zones" or some variation and you'll find a bunch of information. I don't know if all the planned implementation to the track monitor has been accomplished, I know the OR development team is aware of what you have encountered. Search also "track monitor" for more good stuff.

This red speed limit (15 Miles/h) is a temporary speed limit.
This kinds of speed limits, placed in activities, are not yet implemented in OR

I did see a thread but since it was a while back I thought they might have fixed it. Does this include the pop-up warning 'radio message' as well. which appears in MSTS but not in OR?

I'm seeing the pop up messages in other activities. This one (it is the original default activity, correct?) I have never run in ORTS. Have you checked with the AE to see what type of message or pop-up is used at this point in the activity? I think ORTS and MSTS interpret some of these items differently.
