I am not sure what is the little problem with the latest version of Open Rails V2013 ( today's date )? No problem to download and extract the files into the folder of Open Rails. When I clicked the icon of Open Rails on my desktop to run the program of Open Rails and picked the route and activity then click " Start as SinglePlayer " And you will see the loading screen of my route, CN Bala v2 with Open Rails on top left corner. When that is done with loading then went back to Open Rails X.2013 Installation Profile on the screen. It doesn't load up the route with the activity of CN Bala v2 that I want to simulate on. I am not sure what caused this problem with this? But thought to let you know so you can look into this problem.

P.S. It's working now and please ignore this above. I don't know what have I done with this in the first place? Sorry for jump into a gun to say something that is not working but it's working now.
