I just tried OR xV1996 and it does not start producing an error message saying it requires .NET 4.00xxx or some error message similiar. Does the latest OR require .NET 4.0 and if so is it availible to be installed on an isolated system, ie my windows machine does not have net access so my machine CANNOT request it to be installed.

The requirement for .NET 4 was an accidental mistake in that version and has been fixed. Please update to the latest version.

When we do move to .NET 4, http://www.microsoft...s.aspx?id=17718 is the download you need. ;)
