Is precipitation broken - the keys no longer seem to work ? Fog and Clouds - work fine - no rain or snow though...

Working fine for me in X1982. The precipitation change keys (Alt= and Alt-) are slow to react because it changes the source of the precipitation, i.e. way up in the sky. Alt-P works fine too.
