Why should rain not be available in Winter? Evidence this does happen was just provided one week ago, could see it myself.

How about these choices?
Clear, Partly Cloudy, Overcast, Light Rain, Rain, Heavy Rain, Light Snow, Snow, Blizzard.
I should have them all added by the end of the week. Also, I'm adjusting the menu so, for example, Blizzard isn't available in Summer, and Rain isn't available in Winter.

Mostly, that sounds fine, but...
Rain is Winter in the coastal regions (west of the Cascade Mountains) of the Pacific Northwest. All along the Washington and Oregon coasts, 30-90+ inches of rain happens mostly in Dec.- April. Snow is rare. Logging lines and NP, Milw., SP&S, UP & GN all ran in this area, so keep the rain available!
Thanks,
Steve

It may rain in all seasons in quite a big part of the earth.

OK, I'll add rain back into the Winter selection choices. No problem at all. Actually, in some places it snows in the Summer. I took my Dad up to Pike's Peak before he passed, and it snowed on the Fourth of July!
Probably leave that out, though...
Blizzards are pretty common in Colorado in March, although probably not after the 21st, so perhaps, Snow and Light Snow for Autumn and Spring?

;) to that. I know from what my parents told me that on the day I was born (APR-16 1996) it snoewd half a meter (25 in) in one night... but that´s unusual for our climate.

In Sumpter (narrow gauge territory!) I've seen an inch of snow in early July!

Being in the Rocky Mountain West, I would vote for have any weather available in any season--because it can happen here. My biggest wish, though, is for realistic thunderstorm (lightning, thunder, cumulonimbis clouds) in OR. Combine that with weather that changes during an actiivity, and that would be way cool.
