Hi!

I have got a problem with the sound, but is not a problem exactly. The sound in real life begins to hear in a determined distance and gently, but in OR the sound begins to hear suddenly, thing which is bad for my taste. It fixable that "problem"? Above all occurs in diesel locomotives when is not hearing a environment sound in all route.

Thanks you!

Which version of OpR are you using?

I think I recall this has been fixed at some time, around X release 1800...

Cheers, Markus

The standard sound behavior in OpenRails is that is audible from 500 meters, and the gain is increasing as you come closer. In what circumstances do you hear that you described?

Hi, I'm using x1931, but the problem persists. What can to be? I have got installed the folder of Open Rails in the folder of Microsoft Games\\Train Simulator.

For example, in a diesel locomotive Vossloh or Alsthom 333 Prima of Renfe, the sounds starts about 500mts of a sudden.
