Cannot switch to manual mode While in wait dispatch mode Rate Topic: -----

Started an activity yesterday, saved it, and went back to it just now. Arrived at where there is some switching to be done, did Ctrl+M, and got a message "Cannot switch to manual mode while in wait dispatch mode". Huh? That's with yesterday's beta, 1892.
